Of course, weight loss is inevitable, since the caloric content of the diet is in the range of 220-250 kcal - this is 5.4 times less than the necessary cost of the body for basic metabolism (the minimum amount of energy that is needed to maintain the body's vital activity).

Maintaining the result of the diet is very difficult. You should switch to a balanced diet, but given a week-long hunger strike, you need to introduce new food carefully. During the week, the diet should consist of vegetable soups, steam omelets, rare porridges in water and milk, cottage cheese, steam fish cakes or boiled fish. All this should be consumed in small portions and often, and meat products should be excluded during the week.

There is another 50-day anorexic diet. This diet provides for the strict implementation of the diet, including low-calorie foods with a total calorie content of 500 to 700 kcal. Such caloric value is allowed in clinical practice only for a fasting day, undertaken once a week for strict indications.

DAN (Anorexic novice diet) is an unsafe, almost starvation diet that has serious health consequences. It contains few nutrients and vitamins, which is stressful for the body and, as a result, with such a long run, can be harmful to health.

If you consider the diet every day, then it is a hybrid of well-known diets (buckwheat and chocolate), as well as low-calorie fasting days. As a result, the diet for 50 days includes:

  • free nutrition with calories from 500 to 700 kcal - 6 days;
  • buckwheat porridge nutrition - 3 times for the entire period;
  • the use of 50-100 g of chocolate per day - 11 times during the diet;
  • stay on kefir (600 g) and cottage cheese (50 g) - twice for the whole time;
  • milk milk - 9 days;
  • the use of one kefir - 6 days;
  • fruit - 2 days;
  • stewed vegetables - 3 days;
  • fasting days - 8 times for the entire period.

Unloading or mono-days are spent on: milk and tea (1-1.5 l), low-fat cottage cheese (300-500 g), kefir (1 liter), grapefruit and tangerines (500 g-1 kg), green apples (up to 9 pieces), boiled chicken breast (200-500 g), juice without sugar (1 liter), green vegetables (1 kg), unsweetened berries (800 g), low-fat milk (1 liter), green tea with honey (take it only 1 spoon per day). Based on this, it is important:

  • count calories, because on certain days it is allowed to eat 500, 550, 600 and 700 kcal - this is the essence of the diet;
  • servings do the days of staying on a diet are divided into 5-6 parts;
  • observe drinking regimen (at least 1.5 liters of water per day).

The diet for beginners anorexic fatties (DNAT) looks the same way, only it is designed for 33 days and is carried out mainly on kefir, milk, green tea, one water, apples (from 2 to 5 on different days), pineapple, cucumbers (in amount of 2 pieces). The most “high-calorie and nutritious” are the days when you can eat 200 g of cottage cheese (5 times for the whole time) and 4 boiled potatoes (twice for the entire period of stay on the diet).

No wonder dieters have a weakness, dizziness, irritability, and this period is enough to deplete the body. It is impossible to ban this diet, but you can try to minimize its negative consequences:

  • take complexes vitamins and minerals;
  • Avoid intense physical exertion;
  • Spend time daily outdoors, while hiking.

Depending on the chosen diet (weekly or 50-day), your diet may include:

  • apples, grapefruit, pineapple;

  • low fat cheese 30-50 g on certain days;
  • buckwheat for making porridge on the water;
  • dark chocolate (50-100 g per day on certain days);
  • boiled chicken fillet (200-500 g);
  • green vegetables (all kinds of salads, all kinds of cabbage, bell pepper, dill, parsley and other greens, zucchini);
  • green tea;

In the case of a seven-day diet, meals are supposed to be taken three times a day. Every day before breakfast, a glass of ordinary water with lemon juice is drunk in 30 minutes.
