During the 10-day diet, salt, sugar, products containing caffeine (chocolate, coffee, black tea) and alcohol are completely excluded, as they retain fluid in the body.

Anti-cellulite diet menu (Power Mode)

Give preference to vegetables and fruits, legumes, dried fruits, whole grain cereals, rich in potassium, which normalizes the water-salt balance. For breakfast, muesli with juice or yogurt will be a quick fix. Your choice for lunch and dinner should be fish and seafood, lean meats.

Switch to vegetable oils, all kinds of nuts, seeds - sources of potassium, fiber and unsaturated fatty acids. Remember that roasted nuts and seeds are less easily absorbed, and adding salt is generally not acceptable. Do not abuse them - you can eat 20-30 g per day.

Fresh nuts and seeds

Significantly reduce the amount of animal fats (including butter), sugar, salt, and cheese should be consumed in 60 g and not more than 3 times a week. Your drinks should be fresh juices, decaffeinated coffee and green tea (it does not slow down the circulation of liquid).

Use honey instead of sugar. Dairy products should be consumed in limited quantities and low-fat. Prefer bread from wholemeal flour, whole grain and bran. Focus on fiber: it should be 20 g per day.

Way out of diet

The way out of a rigid diet should be smooth. Gradually expand your diet, but remember that proper nutrition should become the norm. It is impossible to defeat cellulite in such a short time - do not wait for a miracle, so you need to thoroughly adjust your diet.

The second condition is compulsory sports and the third is various cosmetic anti-cellulite programs, including body wraps, massage, and hardware procedures, which must be done several times a year.
